What happens if we can’t treat a case?
Don’t worry, if you submit a case we don’t believe will be suitable for clear aligners no fee will be taken and we will give you a call to discuss our alternative orthodontic options.
Did you know we are a full orthodontic lab? We can provide functional appliances for pre aligner treatment or SmileFixed, our fixed orthodontic treatment.

Send your case through our simple online portal Smile Genius or directly through your scanner.
We accept scans from every major scanner. No scanner? No problem. Send us your impressions and we’ll get to work on your treatment plan straight away.
Step 2: Approve Your Plan
View the treatment plan through our portal and review any notes made by our technicians. Wish to request a slight change or speak to a technician? Our helpful team is just a click away.

Step 3: Begin Treatment
No need to wait weeks for treatment to begin, after approval our aligners will be with you in 5 days (express options are available).
All clinical information is ready for you within our portal.
