Yes, we can include arch expansion in the Smilelign treatment plans. Generally, what we do is if if it was a case that wasn’t so crowded and we’ve not got the space, then we can leave space distal to canines, or to laterals, whatever, or even posterior teeth. Generally, if there’s a bit more crowding, we can expand the arch and then kinda leave it a bit further out. So if arch expansion is something that you are interested in, it’s a bit more case by case and we can kind of attempt to it at the time and maybe discuss future plans for spaces that are left and whatnot.
