The SmileGenius portal that comes with Smilelign Aligners is our brand new software which we launched last year. This helps keep all your patients in one place. It means you can view all the treatment plans, approve plans if you would like to request any modifications of the plans you can do that in the portal. You can also approve your aligners and request any retention and whitening that you would require. It’s also got some extra handy features in there. For instance it’s got a resources section, we include a lot of how to guides, marketing materials and extra little bits in there which are really helpful. We also have a chat feature in there so you can communicate with the lab through the portal and we will answer the questions within twenty four hours on there.
