This is a common question we’re asked by dentists: How do I invite my patient to the SmileGenius app? In this video, we explain how dentists should think about this in practice.
To invite the patient to the SmileGenius app, find your patient on SmileGenius. In the patient’s details at the top of the page there is an orange button which says send app. Simply click on that and fill in the patient’s email address if you haven’t already. Click send app, this will send a registration email to the patient so they can download and register the app. Once they have done that on the treatment plan section there is a button that says send plan to the patient and simply click on that and that will get sent directly to the patient on the app.
