This is a common question we’re asked by dentists: Can I make changes to a Smilelign treatment plan in Smilegenius? In this video, we explain how dentists should think about this in practice.
Yes, you can request changes to a smilelign treatment plan in Smart Genius. Simply find your patient either by using the patient list and searching through that for the patient or you can use the search bar in the top right corner. Once you found your patient and loaded that up, your treatment plan will be displayed on the page below.
Just above the treatment plan there will be a button which says modify plan. Simply click on that, a text box will appear where you can write whatever modification you would like click submit and then the lab will receive that modification request. You’ll then receive the replan of that patient within forty eight hours.
